Five checks applied to every company before its first lead — then repeated every year.
Luxembourg business licence and professional insurance checked before the partner account is switched on.
Recent jobs and customer reviews are reviewed in the admission interview. A company without verifiable references does not get in.
We test how quickly each partner responds. Someone asking for a quote deserves a fast call back — and that gets measured.
The audit is not a stamp for life: homeowner feedback, disputes and response rates are reassessed every year.
We play fair on the partner side too: an invalid lead (wrong number, out of area, duplicate) is credited back within 72 h.
A company licensed in Luxembourg? Receive qualified requests, two companies per lead at most, with no registration fee.
