How much does a lead cost?

€50 to €100 for a home project, depending on the trade. A premium property lead costs €300 and goes to two agencies at most. The first 5 standard leads are free.

Is the lead exclusive?

A home project is shared with three partners at most. For premium property at €300, the limit is two agencies. Full exclusivity can be offered in some areas.

Is there any commitment or fixed fee?

No. No sign-up fee, no compulsory subscription. You set your volume and your areas, and can pause at any time.

How do I receive the leads?

Instantly: email, WhatsApp, mobile app and desktop CRM. With the owner's contact details and the project detail, ready to call.

And if a lead is bad?

Wrong number, out of area or duplicate: report it in the cockpit and the lead is credited back. Our filter already removes most invalid requests upstream.

Do you take a commission on my jobs?

Never. You pay for the lead, that is all. The price you give the owner is the price you invoice.

Can I pause during the holidays?

Yes. Collective leave, holidays or a full order book: pause your leads at any time from the cockpit, in two clicks. Restarting is immediate.

Does whoever calls back first win?

First come, first served. We recommend calling back within 15 minutes — the cockpit alerts you on 4 channels (email, WhatsApp, app, desktop CRM) so that first call is yours.

Can I connect my own CRM?

Yes. CSV export and a webhook/API are available to push every lead into your CRM. Otherwise every lead also arrives as a structured email, easy to process.
